The Boater's Parka features loop-style Grab Handles that enable you to lift your dog out of the water and into your boat or blind or onto his platform fast. Utilizing these handles helps the dog conserve valuable energy while avoiding in the field injuries as he struggles to exit the water. This vest also has two powder coated steel D-rings attatched to the sewn in harness. This allows you to remove the dog's collar on a hunt and maintain control with a lead or leash.
